"Unfortunately, the most memorable event of our stay was on the last morning. When we went down for breakfast, there were no plates at the buffet line, so we asked the attendant for some. Her glare and actions were enough to let us know not to dare ask for anything else. Other than that, the hotel and stay were wonderful. It is just unfortunate for the Residence Inn, that for the 4 of us, this is what we will remember."
